Workout Wednesday 8/21- 8/27

Still on my new half marathon plan.  The plan I am on still uses the Galloway RUN-WALK-RUN method and has a 3 minute warm up and a 3 minute cool down.

Wednesday: 

Thursday:   

Friday: Ran: 2.72 miles in 34.21. 

Saturday:

Sunday: Long Run- Ran: 4.46 miles in 1:03:52. 

Monday: 

Tuesday: Ran: 3.21 miles in 40.37.  My husband started training for a 5K in 2 weeks and joined me for this run (pushing the kids in the stroller).

No cross training was done this week.
