Let me preface this first post by saying my idea of running in the Galloway method of running, RUN-WALK-RUN. Yes I know that many of you seasoned runners out there might call that weak or not really running but I am perfectly OK with all of that. He advocates two short days and 1 long day each week and so that is what I am currently doing as my training method.
Let me also add that my time includes my 3 minute warm up and 3 minute cool down.
Wednesday: 7/31
Thursday: Ran: 2.38miles in 37:13. Challenge Loop- August Core Challenge: 5 min: 50 sec activity/ 10 sec rest: Bridge.
Friday: August Core Challenge 5 min: Floor March.
Saturday: GLOW RUN 5K!!!
Sunday: 8/4
Monday: 8/5
Tuesday: 8/6
