This was a rather good week of getting out and working out most every day this week. My daughter is starting soccer soon and we are working on getting her back in better shape (not tire out in less than 2 minutes on the field).
Wednesday: Pick Your Level Pilates DVD
Thursday: Ran: 3.02 miles in 46:08.
Friday: Ran w/ my 5 year old- 1.07 miles in 22:42.
Saturday:
Sunday: Long Run- Ran: 4.39 miles in 1:02:27
Monday: Ran w/ Daughter- 1.51 miles in 28:06
Tuesday: Changed my workout plan to a first half marathon plan. Ran 1.89 miles in 30:24
