Workout Wednesday 8/14- 8/20

Still on my new half marathon plan.  The plan I am on still uses the Galloway RUN-WALK-RUN method and has a 3 minute warm up and a 3 minute cool down.

Wednesday: 

Thursday:   

Friday: Ran: 2.05 miles in 39:25.

Saturday:

Sunday: Long Run- Ran: 4.22 miles in 1:17:25.

Monday: 

Tuesday: Ran: 2.70 miles in 38:10.

No cross training was done this week.
