Workout Wednesday September

Still on my new half marathon plan.  The plan I am on uses the Galloway RUN-WALK-RUN.

Wednesday: 

Thursday: August 29- Ran 3.05 miles.

Friday:

Saturday:

Sunday: Long- Ran 5.87 miles in 1:29:54. 

Monday: 

Tuesday: Sept 3- Ran 2.88 miles  

Wednesday: 

Thursday: Started feeling sick.

Friday:  

Saturday: RACE 4 FREEDOM 5K-   35:09 (still sick but PR)

Sunday: 

Monday: Sept 9- Ran 2.31

Tuesday:

Wednesday: 

Thursday: Ran 3.27

Friday: 

Saturday:

Sunday: Long- Ran 5.93 miles in 1:26:44. 

Monday: 

Tuesday: Sept 17- Ran 3.00 miles  

Wednesday: 

Thursday: 

Friday: Ran 2.72 miles

Saturday:

Sunday: Long- Ran 7.38 miles in 1:43:28. 

Monday:

Tuesday: Sept 24- Ran 3.04 miles.

Sunday: Long- Ran 5.98 miles in 1:26:34.

A full month with absolutely no x-training is horrible.  Definitely going to have to fix this next month.
