October Goals

You might be able to say that I am a little late setting my goals for October, but I think better late than never.

So, let us start by looking at Septembers Goals.

1.) Time with God.  I want to do a daily time of reading my bible, prayer, and listening to God. (Specifically take time to listen).
–>  I really didn’t do very well at this. Definitely going to have to step up more on this one.

2.) Work on continuing to respect my husband. –> I think I am doing well.  I don’t plan on ever stopping this but I might take it off the list.

3.) Keep up with my running plan and do some x-training as well. (Find my x-training plan and START!) –>Epic failure and pretty good.  Running plan went well.  I only missed 2 runs this month.  However, my finding a x-training plan and starting it, never occurred.

4.) Start clean eating (as well as learn more in some areas). –>I made great improvement in the learning and am going to start taking small steps in the right direction/

5.) Catch-up/ Keep-up with my chores around the house. (Start a family 15 minute pick-up each day.) –>We only did the 15 minute clean-up twice but we did somewhat well keeping things in a general picked up state.

6.) Write one blog post a week.  Here are the topics I gave a few weeks ago as subjects per day of the week.  –>Failed miserably.  I wrote no posts during most of the month.

So now for my October goals I am going to make fewer goals and hopefully easier goals.

1.) Daily bible reading.

2.) Running plan and x-training plan.  (I did find a couple of DVDs to try and see if I like them.) –However as of right now my knee is bothering me. My plan is to take at least a day or two and then reassess if I am ready to continue or need to take longer.

3.) Implement on baby step on clean eating per 2 weeks.  At the end of the month I should be at 2 steps.

4.) Keep the upstairs living area (Kitchen/ Dining Room and Living Room) picked up.
