Workout Wednesday

Welcome to my introduction of Workout Wednesday.  My main goal with this weekly post is to stay accountable. 

Update before this week- I started doing Turbo Jam workouts twice a week and worked up to 4-5 times per week.  I am now working off a Turbo Jam schedule that I created, working out 5 days a week.  I had been keeping up with 4 workouts a week up until last week when I became sick and spent most of my time napping.  I also started two weeks ago a 0-5K running app that was progressing me through to run a 5K in approximately 2 months time.  Since I was only 2 workouts in I plan on restarting the sequence next week.

Wednesday- sick/ napped

Thursday- recovering from being sick

Friday- recovering from being sick

Weekend- We had family in town and so we spent a lot of time with Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt and Uncle, and cousin.

Monday- Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3

Tuesday- Turbo Jam Booty Sculpt + Abs

Goals- My goals include finishing out my workouts for the week.  And to start over with my 0- 5K program beginning next Monday.  (I will have family in town again next week so I don’t know how well I will be able to work out.)

  1. On Saturday I will be six weeks postpartum. I may have to join you. I won't be running, but I will try to do Turbo Jam.
