Curriculum Week

Here are our curriculum choices for the 2012-2013 school year.

KPie- Kindergarten

     Math- Horizons Kindergarten (daily)

     Reading- All About Reading Level 1 (2-3 days per week)
                    with lots of reading of books (daily)

     Writing- Write Shop A (2 days per week)

                    First Language Lessons Level 1 (1 day per week)

     Handwriting- A Reason for Handwriting (2 days per week)

     Social Studies- Confessions of a Homeschooler- Expedition Earth
                    (2-3 days per week)

     Science- Nancy Larson Science Kindergarten (2-3 days per week)

     Bible- What’s in the Bible? (daily)

     Additional- 1+1+1=1- Raising Rock Stars Preschool and  
                    Raising Rock Stars Kindergarten (combination of them)
                    (daily)

Now I know as this is our first year there is a greater chance of making changes to suit our needs both as a parent and student.
